The issues with the frames wanting to not set on the ledges in the boxes. Are the frames too short or the boxes too wide? You mentioned the first generation hives and later generation. Was the second generation box different? Thanks for the video.

So the issue is that box was a little wider when I made it. I don't have any wood working experience, pretty much I DIY all my equipments and I improve each time I build new ones. That box was one of the ones I first made when I started expanding.

@@redzwashere I thought it was just a different type box. You did a great job. Maybe if you had a small strip left over you could staple them along the inside of the older boxes to take up the space. I wouldn't have known that you made them yourself. Great looking Apiary. I'm catching up on all of your earlier videos. Thanks.

Yes you can get the inner cover to purchase in Jamaica. It more expensive than to purchase it from Amazon. The marker can be purchased at your local farm store
