Thank you so much for this one. It really feels like you have a strong pulse on the current state of our society. I have cut contact with my mean Maga family. They won’t stop with their rhetoric or listen to fact or reason. They speak poorly about me because I hold fast against the nonsense and propaganda they spew. I have no choice but to cut ties for my own well being. This meditation is helping me get my mind right. It’s exactly what I need to hear. 💙🙏🏼

I completely agree!! I’ve always had to use rain to calm my anxiety enough to overcome my insomnia and sleep. But then I found your videos and love them, but they would be sooo much better with added rain sounds in the background!!!

For the first time i couldnt relax and sleep. Because your words made me reflex on my reactions and actions concearning a very toxic colleague who is abusing clients and other colleagues. Reminding me of my father who did the same. And although your words are true, im now wide awake, writing this. I'll change to one of your other sessions now...asking my gardian angel to wrap me safely in his wings. I AM the captain of my vessel...and steering into some fluffy clouds to help me feel warm and safe... Love what you both are giving to the world❤
