I was half way through the interview when I got to my destination, had a personal breakdown due to some unfortunate stuff, got back in the car and then by divine intervention was given exactly the advice I needed to transform the situation and my day. A thousand thanks to the both of you.

I had almost just came home from a run, after studying all day and needed a break. While running I reminded myself to trust the process of my research and writing. I felt the energy pull to see this interview now. It resonates and so wonderful to feel the interconnectedness.

Chris Lee was my coach for a "Breakthrough" training I did in Las Vegas. Bought his book, saw that you had written the forward and I thought that was so cool! We have the same coach..oh and both from Ohio :) Makes me feel like I'm doing something right

So Chris' "racket" is "I'm a foodie". The "I love food" is the smokescreen for the truth which is a food addiction (using food to sooth emotions). The core belief is something like, "food makes me happy, without food I will be unhappy and deprived". And the problem his is resting solving is the food addiction.
