Good advice however it is important to note that this only works for shorter meetings. If the meeting results in a large transcriptions then it will be too long for GPT.

What about privacy? Is ChatGPT using the transcript including names and details to train its model?

We always need to be cautious with privacy when using AI tools or web services. If the content of the meeting transcript has sensitive info, don't input it into ChatGPT. For work-related use, adhere to corporate privacy policies. A practical tip: use the CTRL+H function in a text editor to replace any personal or sensitive data before inputting it into ChatGPT; this at least adds a layer of security.

yes. ~5000 words. Even the paid pro version has this limit

Not necessarily. If you have shorter transcripts, you can use the free GPT3.5. However, for longer transcripts you may need the pro subscription which uses GPT4.
