Word to the wise, don't put 25mm on performance package staggered wheels. 9.5jj rear wheels with 275s stick out too far past the fender with a 25mm. If you have square 9 wides with 255s then 25mm it perfect. If you do have 9.5 wide rear wheels then do 25mm in the front and 20 in the back.

Do I have to trim the studs on my performance pack wheels if I use 20mm spacers all around?

On my S550, I had to shorten the studs.

I have the Nite Pony Package on my S650 and have 19x8.5 255/40r19s, this is the exact fitment I want out of mine and was wondering if I needed to extend the studs at all to fit a 25mm spacer or will stock studs hold just fine? Thanks in advance!

Warranty, warranty, warranty, would be my only concern. Magnaride suspension has no impact on spacers, or lowering springs.

25 mm spacers did not fit my 2024 Mustang GT with 19" wheels. The OEM studs hit the back of the wheels. Two ways to check, slide a piece of paper between the back of the wheel and spacer, or take your wheel off and check for indentations on the back of the wheel. Only the shade tree mechanic, would just grind the studs down.

That tucked look didn't look good at all. Spacers definitely the way to go.
