Google Drs Joel Fuhrman/Dr Esselstyn/Greger. Eat heavily greens/cruciferous/beans/berries/nuts/seeds/mushrooms/garlic/onions. Stay away from sugar/salt/oil/ultra-processed foods/simple carbs. Do exercise daily and sleep deeply nightly 7-8 hours.
