best advice: if you spend 15 minutes to come up with a trade idea and then you got in theres not enough mental power to combat the emotions. if you spent an hour preparing for ur trade its almost like this is what i want or this is how its gonna happen. thats it. theres no emotional attachment . you re not at shock. you re more in control. im expecting this. this is normal.

Been getting really annoyed lately , I am too worried about finding the right setup so I don’t take it but because of FOMO I will take the trade in DEMO. And would you believe, I could’ve passed me Eval already. Today took demo trade on EU and caught a 3.5RR from shorts and similar last Friday. I’m up 6% on Eval at the moment so only need 2% more. Took 4 trades and one loser so far on the Eval. I’ve got somewhat of a perfectionist
