Honestly Gyutaaro's VA is a legend. The way he acted his role, like you are supppsed to get that feeling of voice grating against your ears...that nauseating and creepy feeling is needed..i mean that is what you would expect from a sickly looling demon who literally uses his own blood to kill

nausiated and anxiety ridden is a good way to describe the entire fight w/the upper 6 demons. I think we all know the little sibling that 100% uses their older siblings love and protective nature to get what they want and bully people. It's a great take on the trope though.

The more and more power Nezuko taps into all at once the more mature and demonic her appearance. When she reverts to a tiny child and sleeps she is conserving and saving her power rather than building power by eating people. This fight against Daki is the first time she's genuinely pushed herself so hard she came close to losing control. When Tanjiro restrained Nezuko she was even larger than him.

Yeah I didn't want to comment anything about letting Nezuko out because it could easily get into spoiler-ish territory for what happens this episode lol this is why, turns out she doesn't have as much control as it appears once under pressure like this. The look Uzui gives when they're falling out the window is so serious too, like he's warning him to get her under control or he'll have to handle it, and they both know what that means. lol surprise older brother! Gyutaro's Japanese voice acting is one of my favorite performances ever. Truly eerie and unsettling.

The introduction of Gyutaro is so great. He's very foreboding, and his voice acting + voice tics (or whatever they're called) is so perfect for his character. I really love how Daki starts whining and complaining to Gyutaro too, it sets up their dynamic well and we get to see more of the 'human' side of Daki now that she's been put on the back foot and forced to ask her brother for help

Some voice actors just really knock it out of the park with how they perform. Gyutaro's VA is doing excellent with how off-putting it is. Even without knowing the language, you can really tell when some of the VA's are going the extra mile.
