Honestly, he’s possibly one of the best physical comedians of all time, and it doesn’t get pointed out nearly enough. I love all of the cast, but I believe when David really shifted into high gear, his physical comedy and chaotic energy carried the later seasons.

3:23 So there is a back story of why Bruce is in friends. Mathew Perry and Bruce Willis stared in a filmed called “The whole nine yards. After the success of the movie Bruce and Mathew thought it would also be fun to have Bruce Willis appear in “Friends”for a few episodes. There is a famous rumor that there was a bet involved but it doesn’t seem to be true (at least according to google lol)

I really like this comedy with Ross being embarrassed! I remember in the first time I was out of breath laughing so hard at the dinner scene when Ross talks about "looking like a kid" and after being awkward he exclaimed "it's unbelievable!" I almost passed out laughing. 😂😂

I was so excited for you to see Bruce Willis! He and Matthew Perry starred together in the movie The Whole Nine Yards and Matty actually said in his book that Bruce agreed to appear on the show because he lost a bet to him during filming of the movie regarding how much money it would make. Matty believed it would reach the top of the box office while Bruce didn't think so, so they made a bet. If Bruce lost he had to do a guest spot on the show. It went on to make $106 million worldwide and become the #1 movie in America for 3 weeks straight. Bruce was true to his word and appeared on the show. He also donated his earnings to different charities and won an Emmy for his performance, which was very deserved. Bruce and Matty also both starred/appeared in the sequel of the movie called The Whole Ten Yards and The Kid (the latter where Matty agreed to play an uncredited role). Btw, a "plot hole" that is not really a plot hole is that the guys have talked about how much they love Die Hard and yet don't seem to recognise Bruce Willis. But that's because he's not Bruce Willis in the Friends universe 😂 I don't really like how Phoebe has started treating Chandler at this point and how she was always suggesting Monica could do better (they all do that but it's on another level with her). She does it to Ross a bit as well. I know it’s supposed to be for laughs but it's still so rude and out of character for her. She was always the sweetest and most compassionate one. I don't know why the writers did that. Apparently there is a fan theory that she secretly had feelings for Chandler and that is why she became hostile towards him once he and Monica started dating. If so, I guess Chandler’s horoscope was accurate. Then again, there’s also a theory that Phoebe was in love with Monica and THAT’S why she was less kind to Chandler at this point in the show. Just a theory though. That being said, the twist with Chandler and Phoebe at the end was SO well done and I agree that Chandler is just the sweetest and his growth is amazing! Fun fact: Ilia Volok who plays the dry cleaner who claims he never saw Air Force One actually starred in the movie.

Makes sense the Friends didn't know about Phoebes 14 books. A lot of people feel self conscious sharing their personal loves with people out of fear it wont be recieved well or respected. Dude watch cheers first then Frasier next it’s 22 seasons total. All of it is great comedy. Fraiser was introduced in the earlier seasons of cheers then watch the newer seasons of fraiser. A lot of chaos comedy in all of those shows.
