Thank you David for this great video. What would you say is the best way to be a transformational leader? And does communication play a big role in that?

Yes. Start with a good crystallization of the vision or “fight” your people want to work for (inspirational motivation.) Then make sure your values and actions align toward that fight (idealized influence) and then check-in to make sure your people trust that you know and understand them (individual consideration) and then push everyone to improve as a means of achieving the vision (intellectual stimulation).

@@DavidBurkus Western Governors University(WGU).The chapter was on leadership and one of the objectives was to understand the difference between these two theories. Charismatic leadership was another theory(they said be careful of cult leaders lol)
