I'm a late gen z at 15 surprisingly I was an iPad kid and I broke the cycle somehow I don't know how it happened it just did I started working out my grades got better I had a longer attention span and I was so desensitized to the iPad that I lost all pleasure for it my parents never gave me rules or anything all they did was tell me right from wrong and tell me to see what these poor decisions bring to you and now I turned into a fine young man who finds pleasure in family, friends, and social gatherings.

I'm one of the smartest and most self-aware students at school, I work a good job and design houses on a touchscreen chromebook hoping to make my way in the housing market to help my family, and my country. What you experienced is a pretty simple but uncommon phenomenon. You spent so much time with a device that you developed fatigue from searching for satisfying content that you realized just how much extra time you had at your disposal but were also smart enough to dedicate that time to exercise because at least it would be beneficial to you. You just grew out of your iPad addiction. *Most children or teenagers have a hard time understanding when their time is misplaced in the first place though, which makes it an uncommon phenomenon.*

Yes since the month of 6, I bought one for my son, he is unhandle. It seems like his brains stopped developing normally, stress, confusion and does not understand the assignments, hat problems with language, lost and delay in speaking. That because we left him with the table for long hours max 3 hours a day was more than needed for him. Now he developed all this problems... Comparable to his younger brother who is very open and speak fluently and very smart. We didn't expose him to Tab like his older brother. And the difference is amazing.... I used the computer at 2-3 years old and it impacted me positively. Well of course i only sometimes used it and used it for 1 hour or less each time. It made me who is *Turkish* be able to count from 1 to 20 in english at just 2-3 years old. I learned how to read at 2-3 years old. I was reading a book at that age and everyone was shocked. And because of that i never need English classes and somehow know english words i never saw and understand many words that are English but can't translate them to Turkish. And so yeah, the computer made me be able to read and made me know English to the fullest at just 2-3 years old.

When I was like 10 I used my phone about 6 hours a day. Now I need to use glasses, and my vision gets a little worse every year. The same thing happened to my older sister There’s nothing I can do about it now, I can only slow it down. Or Ig I could have a surgery or something but I’m too young and my vision isn’t that bad currently I’m now 11-14, I only use my phone an hour a day on average, and like 50 minutes of it is studying :) I got an Ipod which my older sister passed down to me when I was FOUR, but I wasn’t addicted. I was one of the kids that got a device when i was really young, at maybe 3 or 4 i was given an ipod touch phone, with a button :) And my sister who i think was 12 at the time too was given a matching one I still have that phone and it has one of the moving glitter cases and a bunch of paris or heart stickers on the back I got an ipad later, white one, no case, still with a button to turn it on. The screen cracked and my dumb younger self touched it because i was curious what it was and why it looked like that, so i broke it more on accident. I dont know if i still have it to this day. A while later, i was given a ipad, with no button, just a tap the screen to turn it on I got it a black protective case and replaced it only once so far. It has not broken, i still have it More recently, atleast a year ago i got a phone, specifically just for monitoring my blood sugar cause im a diabetic (Im typing on it right now)
