Sir when oil leakage happens in transformer, vacuum may creat in conservator.Also mog will show full oil level.how do we know there is an oil leakge or low oil level from mog

We need to close the valves near bucholz relay before inflanting air cell baloon , otherwise transformer main tank PRV will operate with that pressure .

nitrogen can come out from breather... as the oil in the consevator stretch the air cell due to vaccume in the conservator tank.

no, air valve is to remove air and it is natural that the air trap on top, so if you want to remove air, it should be from top. so oil ahoud be fill from bottom only....

Sir I have a 12 MVA furnace transformer , after installation of TRF. main conservator showing full in MOG , but when we try to drain the oil from buttom drain valve again oil level increased above full condition....Sir can you tell me the reason behind this ? which procedure you follow for chaging of air cell? it may happed that the bellow may not charged fully at the time of charging... i e not expanded fully...

In that case, there may be some minor leakage in the air drain valve shown in video, In winter, contraction of oil occurs, so the oil chamber of conservator tank create heavy vacuum and try to get air from out side and once air enter in the conservator tank the air cell discharge, You need to fill oil slightly more then prescribed in the conservator tank to overcome the problem... Problem happened that oil come out from PRV & MOG bolts. At that time, Oil level in MOG 3/4. So, thinked it may be due to oil more in conservator tank & pressure created inside. So, Oil drained & problem solved of oil come out from PRV and MOG bolts. But still thinking what exactly happened & how pressure created inside....

the oil level was High in the consevator tank.... when air cell is available in the conservator tank, you need to fil the oil at 30°C level or the filling level, which is mentioned on the MOG... as the oil level was high... there was no any space for expansion of oil, so it creates leakage from the poor joints... as faced by you...
