I just got this one today. The biggest problem is the tail section. It is difficult to transform, and when in dino mode the two halves don't fit together well at all.

Is it a real MP version? I haven't had any problems with the tail of mine.

T2rx6 Yeah, it's the Hasbro version. I think I fixed the problem by squeezing until the tabs locked between the two tail halves. I believe the issue is the hip joints that need to fold down are extremely tight. I thought I was going to break the thing trying to fold them down!
