The cannon is called an o-zutsu. they were portable siege guns the samurai used and could be used by one person or 2.

Question about the head position in Tank mode. I know the lower jaw on the Oni mask plugs into the light piping area, but the head position on mine doesn't seem to fully lie in the area ita meant to, as per the manual. Was wondering if you had the same issue.

Absolutely love this figure but he's just too small! He'd get completely lost in my collections and now you say they have more cool Samurai styled figures coming, that's kind of gutting as I need them to be 6" or so in height. BTW the gun is an arquebus, an early form of black powder firearm, the Samurai also used matchlocks as well.

Old school transformer fan here. Love the 80s and 90s actions style figures. I just could never get into these humanoid looking transformers. To me, they r looking like glorified terminator action figures. Like robocops sort of configuration....anyways, as always great review...thank you...
