Hey guys the Fire Brothers here and today we have some exciting news for the Transformers Activision games that we had been speculating would be returning about a year ago, recently thanks to TF HypeGuy on twitter, we have found out that the old Transformers games have been relisted back on the Xbox store and steam. This is currently a developing story so in this video I will go over the news and talk about everything that's new and the possibility of the old games coming back, these include Transformers War For Cybertron, Transformers Fall Of Cybertron, Rise Of The Dark Spark and a few others as well. These news took the community by surprise and a lot of people out there are already celebrating the possibility of the games returning. However, there seems to be some misinformation going around which kind of muddies the waters a bit, so it looks like there might be a chance that these news may not be as legit as we thought, but that doesn't mean that the games won't be coming back, so I will be taking a look at the facts to determined if its real or not. I can confirm the Steam wishlist image is a legit image. Had the same thing appear with the duplicate numbers, odd spacing underneath and "Uninitialized" for WFC. Haven't seen FOC do the same yet but if I do I'll let you know. Doesn't confirm if the games will come back, just that Steam does show it in your wishlist if you added it there before it was taken down.

I'm skeptical too, because when i try going to the store page of war for cybertron on steam it still doesnt exist, it boots me back to the steam home page, and the game itself in my library has no banner, meanning it still isnt listed, i cant find any other transformers games except the currently active ones, im assuming these are the mobile ports. I'd be happy if they got relisted again and hopefully Microsoft seeing the money printer with Hasbro and they rerelease on steam and xbox app.

Transformers War for Cybertron is back on Steam in my wishlist under the title, "Uninitialized." It has tags, but its user reviews have been reset to zero and the, "add to cart," button is replaced by, "view details." There is no store page yet but Steam doesn't do this kind of thing for dead games. The Cybertron titles are clearly lined up for a rerelease.

However, if people are actually seeing these games listed in their region again, then that can be a sign of something. The timing is interesting because Fall Of Cybertron will have it's 12th birthday in August. It'll be cool if Xbox releases the Game's around that time but who knows.

I have an Xbox and every now and then I search for the games in the store just to check if magically they appear, the only way you could see them was by entering the full name of the game, but now just by looking or typing “Transformers” they appear. I own them all digitally. I've always been able to re-install them, and play them. I hope they get re-released for everyone though, and get 4K texture updates, because they are definitely looking aged, outside of maybe Devastation, but the Cel Shade style of the game helps a lot with that.

On Xbox they have been there for ages the interesting part is the descriptions have been added back and it lets me download them despite the fact I never owned them on Xbox as I used to play on ps3 but they at this time don’t seem to be up for perchase or playable But this combined with Hasbro and Microsoft both seemingly willing and in recent contact due to the fact there doing the Overwatch skins leads me to believe servers will go back up and it will be available for Perchase and play at least on Xbox and pc and will most likely be available on gamepass At least as far as war ,fall ,dark spark and dev go maybe dotm and roft if were lucky

As of Sunday July 30th it’s not on PlayStation store just visible on steam and Xbox. Now it’s probably gonna come to PlayStation heck the cybertron and devastation games would be a good switch game too and with the Overwatch crossover and gamer edition line it would be a good time to release the cybertron games The games being unlisted and visible could be a sign that it’s being worked on or just a listing error of having the game previously downloaded. Like if activision got/found the game data it would make sense to release soon with the collab, GE figures, and reactivate delay sending out these games again would help buy time and get new/more people to look at transformers
