That second face when you have his chest all pulled apart couldn't be more morbid looking lol. I love the design but I think some of those parts look a little fragile. The paint looks amazing. Always wishing for G1 faces though like FT-57 Tube got. One of my favourite minibot characters alongside Gears.

I think he looks awesome but weird, very cartoon accurate. His arms suffer from that weird animation look like Xtransbots Groove. I have Badcube’s 2.0 ( which I really like)and can’t wait to compare them. TF-Source $160 is too much, $110 Showz. Maggie & Morgan from TWD are also Brits. Great video! Thanks.

I'm put off my the different shades of orange, lack or articulation, the painted side windows and clear front. I collect this character and was hoping for this, but canceled my PO and will hope for a 2.0 like seaspray

Hoping for a 2.0 already??????? C'mon you're just trying to let FT take advantage of their customers! That said, your points I can see as being deal breakers for certain folks. Articulation is my biggest gripe (along with price). The rest doesn't bother me personally.

I missed your livestream Paik but I'm here now so better late then never. Happy new year by the way. I asked Fans Toys, on their KZbin channel, to show us the articulation (with every single video they uploaded I asked for it) and now I know why they didn't. The articulation isn't good, for the price point it should be better. FT-47 should have an ab crunch, double jointed legs and elbows and some movement going up and down at least on the front part of the feet. Having said that I also have to say that the look in both modes, the sculpt, the paint, the material, the hardware and the transformation are very good, it will look great displayed with the rest of my MP collection. Thanks for the review Paik. P.S. With that two handed blaster it deserved butterfly joints too.

Yeah he’s pretty lackluster in articulation for sure! Like I said, more forgivable at $100, but at 120+….much harder to swallow. Oh and happy new year to you too!

He looks really great. He scales really well I. Robot and Alt mode. The transformation was really cool. I really wish FansToys would do a better job with articulation. That is where this really lags behind some of the other companies. Man I wish they would include a sophisticated version of the toy faces with these. I prefer the original toy face with battlemasks. Still overall this is really cool. Great review. I am excited to see their Pipes.

Yeah their articulation is often a head scratcher, but at least this isn’t the weirdest/worst that we’ve gotten from them!

So, for the folks who have the Bad Cube version, do you think this is enough of an improvement to pick up?

That’s hard to say because we all value different things. I think the Badcube one is good but doesn’t feel nearly as solid. That said, some may not like the ultra accurate shoulder on the FT or limited articulation. And like I said, I personally think $120+ for FT is too much. $100 seems like a fairer price. If you’ve never been happy with your Badcube then maybe upgrade. If you’ve been happy with it, maybe give this one a pass

Oh, no. It really seems that you have not done any normal video reviews since your Iceman review. What a shame. I really like them, more so than these unedited livestreams. Anyway, the transformation was nicely done. I will keep in mind the order for the chest transformation in the future. I also like this figure's transformation because it is not too simple but not difficult to execute, either. I am wondering about that price that you mentioned, though; I am not sure what currency those "bucks" (or is it bucs?) are supposed to be but I paid 96.01 U.S. dollars for it - and that includes the shipping. I think that is a reasonable price for the figure of this quality.

When Hasbro does it better. This is a swing and a miss. One thing Fanstoys usually does well is sculpt. But they missed the mark on this.

Really? I think the sculpt is spot on but the transformation seems unnecessarily complex. I haven't messed with any recent Hasbro Huffers though, so can't compare. Which one(s) are you referring to? Wasn't there a recent Kingdom one?
