Transformers films have always been characterized by a weak plot, and the new film was no exception, it's sad to watch how once again the essence of the characters and their background were not revealed to us, the maximum that the authors did was fit into the description for 2 lines of text, while the film even graphically sank, what can we say about them designs. The fact that this movie wasn't directed by Bay doesn't make this movie any better.

Seriously, I could watch both 2007 & 2014 transformations over and over again. But nothing beats the 2007 transformation; it invokes a feeling of true awe. The music, the camera angles, taking the time to show each piece moving into place (every part had to go somewhere) it feels like you're seeing a new alien right before your eyes for the first time. No matter if you've seen the scene 100 times before.
