No, this should definitely not happen, the last knight movie should be removed from continuity and production of a new and logical Transformers 5 movie should start. The Bayverse has much better potential and it would be too bad if it ended with 1 or 2 movies. The worst part is that if the actors die, it will only be a dream. Bayverse-related comics need to be cleaned of logical errors and turned into an anime or a cartoon.

Car guy here, for those who don’t know, aside from Hound, Drift, Optimus, and Cliffjumper, the rest of the autobots alt modes are either newer or concept versions of there previous vehicles. As for the rest, Optimus has the same truck he has had in the past two movies, Hound is a very similar vehicle as his last two trucks but instead of his Mercedes from last movie, he is a Jeep which fits him as more American make. Cliffjumper is a Holden which is an Australian car manufacturer and Drift is a Honda/Acura NSX which is more of a Japanese super car which fits Drift better than his previous alt modes.

The Bayverse is the version of Transformers I am sticking with. I grew up watching Bayverse. It’s been the best version of Transformers ever and that I enjoy. I bet Paramount is going to be like, “Hey! We’re supposed to be making the sequel to Transformers: The Last Knight.” But then we’re like, “You should’ve thought of that earlier. You chose to make the follow up to Transformers: The Last Knight a prequel instead of a sequel. And you allowed the budgeting issue and negative reviews to become a very big problem to where you chose to shift your focus and priorities away from the Bayverse to other areas of Transformers thereby leaving us on a cliffhanger and forcing it to be left up to us fans to make the sequel to Transformers: The Last Knight ourselves.”

@@Kaiju-bm4ts and also thanks to paramount, a lot of scenes that explained more of the story or showed how the autobots were doing and also giving the bots actual personalities were cut for run time (the scene with transit that showed how desperate prime was to get home and elenas convo with airazor) not only that, but the maximal barely even did anything at all in the movie, there was such a huge opportunity to give them characteristics that seperate them from the main cast other thsn turning into animals, the only maximal that got any good characterization was primal and thr one that got the least is rhinox because rhinox didnt even say a thing the whole movie
