Well i support you and i hate to hear another collector/friend has such bad luck but if there is anything i could do I'd try and let you know. I have been following you for sometime and only wish the best for you. If it wasn't for you I'd not know as much as i do with Star Wars Black series 6". Some of the figures I've wanted to buy from SW as well transformers that i can't wait to own that you get first before me you do a video and i love it. I've been waiting for this review! Soundwave has been my favorite Transformer since I first saw the original cartoon! I really like the figure itself. Official alt mode isn't bad, I'm glad there are the two unofficial modes and the fact that he can actually press his eject button is so cool! Great review 👍, glad you got a replacement!

That sucks so bad, and if it wasn't such an iconic weapon for Soundwave. You know, if that little gray weapon was missing, not a big deal, but still a bummer to miss a piece. Glad to know the store took care of you. Great review! =P

The worst part is that the missing gun WOULD be in a part of the box that's nearly impossible to see. Oh, and panels on the forearms wouldn't have killed them in order to cover the gaps where the hands fold out from - hell, even the Masterpiece does that (while the G1 has ye olde retractable hands). Sucks that Wave 2 is slowly showing up in my part of the USA, but the Micromasters of Wave 2 are *nowhere* to be found. (I've seen the Voyagers only once and never again, the Deluxes are spotty at best, and ZERO sign of the Leaders) Dunno how Hasbro plans to do it for other countries, but in the US, Thundercracker (and Ratchet, too) allegedly got announced as being a Walgreens exclusive.

Y'know, I may not have been raised in the time period of G1, but I grew up watching G1 on VHS tapes and listening to music from record players. When I was younger I asked kids what their favorite VHS movie was, and halve of them would say "What's a VHS?".

Yeah, at least in the states, they almost always just send you a new figure if something is missing. I have a "graveyard" of my defective figures I keep around for parts or laughs.

It sucks really when it comes to missing accessories. This happened to me with my second copy of the Infinity War Black Widow. I had it reserved in Toy Kingdom for like 3-5 days and when I came back to get it, little did I know that one of the two gadgets (retracted baton sticks?) that were supposed to attach to her hips/legs was missing. The box was perfect, and as an MISB collector who is not able to resist the perfect packaging, I just grabbed it anyway. I was not able to feel my money's worth because of the missing item in it. A couple of days later, I inspected the inside of the box without actually opening it, and fortunately I found the other piece just hanging around the upper right hand corner of the plastic tray. It was a relief, but having said that, it still irks me to see the vacated slot when I display the packaged figure.

I waited for this to become available on retail and finally got him through online shopping. Paid through COD too. The figure's a hot commodity, very little stocks where I go. Was a little worried but it arrived complete with tight joints. No QA issues I could see - very happy with my purchase :)

I don't know if you know or someone mentioned this here but we ARE getting a G1 Soundwave in ORGINAL look and box along with rumble and a few other minions too. Nothing yet has come out of this news yet but I'm sure we will see it come SDCC19' so get ready my friend. Plus that sucks you got a incomplete seige Soundwave cause like you said the returns are tough to do. I live in US and never knew you had such a tough time with things like that.

yeah, i've heard about that. i used to have the G1 soundwave with all his minions. i think it was the 25th anniversary commemorative pack. it was great for a while, but i had sold it off. yeah, it sucks but that's how it is out here. thanks, man. really appreciate it :-)

Dude, I have the same problem with Hasbro. I have the worst luck. First off, my Studio series Shatter figure came with a duplicate front car piece, so I couldn’t even transform it into her vehicle form. My KSI century figure’s arm was very loose and fell off when I was unpacking it. And for siege, my Chroma figure came with a giant paint error on the top of her head. I’m a big fan of Siege and SS, but after the amount of flawed figures recently, I’m starting to loose hope.

I always scrutinize the crap out of the contents before I buy one. kind of the drawback of ordering online is you don't know what you're going to get usually better quality packaging, but it could be a crapshoot as to what's on the inside. when you buy retail sometimes the packaging isn't in as good of condition but at least you can check and make sure all the shit's inside.

whenever I've had issues like a missing or incorrect part, I call the Hasbro Customer Service and they do everything they can to accomodate me, if returns are that hard where you are, you might want to go that route Here's the last situation I had: in 2016 i went to Montreal Comiccon and purchased a MISB Combiner Wars Devastator, but when I got home and put it together, I discovered that the Devastator chest piece had 2 left sides Mind you that's 2 years after the figure came out, so they didn't have spare parts anymore. So what the agent did is he shipped me the SDCC Exclusive chest plate from their display unit at Hasbro HQ. If that's not accommodating your customers, I don't know what is...

sound wave is a great figure... BUT MINE WAS TRASH THE PEG ON THE SHOULDER CANNON WAS WAY TOO TIGHT AND WOULD STAY ON HIS SHOULDER THE HINGES ON THE BACKPACK PIECES WERE WAY TOO LOOSE AND ALWAYS FELL OFF THE PEGS ON HIS LEGS WOULD NEVER STAY TOGETHER FOR MORE THAN 0.5 SECONDS THIRTY BUCKS HASBRO, MAKE THESE WORTH IT!

If I was you before I text anything further I'd put it all back in the package I seal it with tape I would bring it back to the store you bought it from tell them you did not open it you just look through the clear window and saw it was missing a piece and you'd like to trade it for one that isn't missing a piece daycare at least send it back to Hasbro at Hasbro will have to take it
