For the case of this figure, Sideswipe should be laughing at Mohawk. Swipe here isn't even that bad at all. Hes an easy 9.9/10, barely any issues whatsoever. Only issue thats enough of one to actually call it an issue, is the lack of ankle tilt, which is fine tbh. I'll live. His feet isn't any big deal at all. Cuz of their nature, Swipe has this spry & speedy look to him which I kinda like & actually fits the character nicely.

I think the reason that those heels are designed that way was to decrease the likelihood of the figure falling over. Someone in the comments of your Legacy Sandstorm Reveal reaction video stated that the heel spurs on Sandstorm help prevent the figure from falling over due to the size of Sandstorm's backpack. Maybe they were trying to do the same thing with Sideswipe.

Honestly, I think I'll pick him up! He's more good than bad compared to Barricade and Megatron. Starscream is actually fantastic, Bee/Cliffjumper are kinda 50/50, and prime is one of the better ones too.

My biggest issues with Studio Series are adding loads of stuff and not treating accuracy in details or poseability as that much of a concern for some of the Live action film figures and all of the Game figures when it's THE REASON THE LINE WAS CONCEIVED! Regardless, I will still collect these figures as several make up for their flaws, and occasionally some such as the 86 figures, Concept Megatron, and Mohawk are SS highlights (though ROTB Pablo is about on par with Kingdom Rhinox which is annoying).

To me Is the back, its not terrible at all, but in the game shots the wells do look much closer together so if the back piece just folded in 3 parts with the Center piece going underneath the wheel covers I would have allowed a More dense and More accurate backpack

I honestly don't see any issues with Sideswipe here. The proportions are on point, they're good. The design is also great. The colors are there. The paint is more than adequate. In conclusion, hes a good figure. His feet are not actually a big deal whatsoever. They actually give him a spry & speedy look, I kinda like it & it actually fits the character nicely. & PVP, remember that Sideswipe is an average Deluxe, hes not gonna have engineering that you'd normally see on a Voyager or above. Most Deluxes have hollowness. Some have insignificant amount and/or size of said hollowness. Sideswipe here, is actually perfectly fine, he doesn't need forearm fillers. I literally have zero issue with hollowness on figures, for the most part. Its only a big deal when its a big, perfectly avoidable space (like maybe Impactor?). SS86 Jazz, SSGE Sideswipe & many, many others have hollowness in places, yes, but its very minor & truly no big deal whatsoever. & again, Swipe here is an average Deluxe. SSGE Bee & Cliff are actually a little shorter. For an average Deluxe, Swipe here is perfect. So, in conclusion his bot mode has barely any issues whatsoever, apart from the lack of ankle tilt, which to be completely honest, is fine. I can live. & his altmode is swish & sleek as ffffff & is super accurate. Love it! I never played the games, but I know that this guy is insanely accurate & is just an amazing figure. Hes an easy pickup for me! Especially cuz of the fact that SSBBM Concept Series Sunstreaker exists. GE Swipe & SS:CE Sunstreaker are gonna look amazing together, either as BBM versions of both or WFC versions. Imo, this Sideswipe is an EASY 9.9/10 figure. PvP, you lost your touch. The Gamer Edition isn't actually that bad at all. You were way too harsh on Swipe here & _wayy_ too harsh on Megs. Megs is a great figure with barely any issues whatsoever apart from the weird knee stopper things. The Gamer Edition isn't actually that much of a mixed bag at all. Barry is definitely the worst one, tho. I really don't know how he came out the way he did. Poor Barry. Optimus is perfect apart from the back of the truck, which honestly isn't a big deal. Starscream is perfect. Bee & Cliff are great, apart from _seemingly_ lack of ankle tilts which leads you to cheat it. Which isn't that bad, tbh. The rankings for all the GE figures are this: Sidesipe: 9.9/10 (practically perfect score) Optimus: 9.5/10 (near perfect score) Starscream: 9.5/10 (near perfect score) Bee & Cliff: 9.3/10 (very close to perfect score) Megatron: 9/10 (very close to perfect score. Points off for knee-stopper-things) Barricade: 6.8/10 (extra points for perfect carmode) All figures here are good figures in their own right....well, apart form Barry. Poor Barry. At least he has a perfect carmode! Sideswipe is actually the best one. Easily. PvP, you & everyone else are way too harsh on the Gamer Edition. Also, its WFCT (War For Cybertron Trilogy), not "Netflix War For Cybertron". When I think of "Netflix WFC" I think of the Netflix subline with Cheetor, Primal & Rattrap, Sparkless bots, Sideswipe, Red Alert, Impactor, & others: Extra Scuffed Edition.

I'm starting to think more and more that these designs are meant to cater to the designer making them and not the fan. There's so many questionable choices here. Just a single reworked hinge could've freed up a waist joint and cleaned up a back... Especially if they'd allow the back wheels to fold in so we'd get the #BackLivesMatter we deserve! I mean, c'mon, they're War For Cybertron figures, 90% of what we remember of them ARE their backs. Yet even IF they're designed they're compromised in such a way the fun is taken out. And there's absolutely no reason for it. Let alone a very overtly mechanical design missing all the panel line art which EVEN THE ORIGINAL TOYS HAD. It's like they gave up...

Surprisingly I have no issue with how any of them are. Barricade gets alot of hate but it is his first attempt where the others have had a mold before them. Starscream I can agree is a 10/10 especially the jet mode. Prime is simply amazing but I hate thst I missed out on him and to make sure i dknt do the same with the others Im gonna go on an all out pay spree to get the other 4 and perhaps even rob my account of sustanamce by paying for Prime as well. Other than the poorly designed feet he's overall an improvement from the other deluxe GE figs. Car mode looks awesome, and nice to see the hand weapon compatibility carry over from the Starscream. Definitely excited for Legacy Sandstorm and personally I don't mind the design of the feet as long as there's some thickness to them.

I'm a little shocked at how intricate the transformation is, especially for a deluxe. I'm really hoping they make make more War for Cybertron Gamer Edition figures. I particularly would love to see Ironhide and Silverbolt for the Autobots. i imagine Brawl and Skywarp would probably just be repaints of the Megatron and Starscream figures, but it would still be cool for the collection.

2:54 so if you take a toenail clipper or a cuticle trimmer you can snip down that pointed edge of the hinge super evenly and then the hinge has the full range. I have to do this to knees all the time 😂
