Not doubt about it, this Galvatron figure is certainly the best we've ever got! The Titans Return version was cool at the time, not perfect, but much better than the Universe version that was just about impossible to transform! Way amazing review, Paul!

I waited 3 years to grab this guy as a legacy version. Benefits being the lack of battle damage paint, the correctly assembled shoulders, and walmart's $27 clearance price.

I just got mine and thankfully its the fixed version. I guess thats one benefit to receiving the toys later here in Asia. My one gripe is that (on my copy) the cannon tends to fall off the upper arm port when rotating the arm and does fell like a looser connection when compared to the forearm port but if you don't move the arm to often the cannon wont sits solidly enough and wont fall off on its own especially when pegged deeply in the port.

Lately I’ve been horrified to buy new Transformers because I’ve had the absolute worst luck with quality control my past few (for a reason) purchases. 4 out of 5 times it/they literally just flat out can’t transform properly. I’d hate to miss out on any of these “wonderful” figures, but I genuinely feel like they’ll all have been released again by the time they fix their quality control. Love ya, Paul. ❤️

I picked one up at Walmart last week, both shoulders are misassembled but are symmetrical so it still transforms fine. So I'm not gonna complain and try to fix it.

Really good looking figure and outside of the misassembly Hasbro did he will look perfect next to the '86 movie cast. Sadly no sign of him in my area yet but of course BBTS is always an option. Looking forward to your review of Commander Class Rodimus when you get him along with the wave 4 figures when they finally start showing up.

9:26 for my galvatron it’s so stiff in there even if i was my nail my nail will just bend and i have short nails so what i do is whenever i transform him i leave it slightly unpegged so it’s easy to take it out and whenever it’s actually pegged in i just use my finger or my nail in it hurtsss so that’s why i just leave it kinda like half pegged in and half unpegged but that’s just what i do

Trying to clip the parts to his chest in alt mode is an absolute nightmare. Looks like I'll have to shave a bit of them down but no idea how to do that safely

No you plug it into the top of his chest in cannon mode. It doesn't just hang. It's in the instructions.

I have to say the QC of Hasbro really has dropped off. Between pieces breaking far to easily, misassembled figures and so on. For the money I pay I expect better.

How does this scale compare to leader class Megatron from Combiner Wars?

That Matrix? Yup. It's the same mold as the one with Optimus & Hot Rod; the one with Rodimus Prime, however, is either a mold error or a remold in that the hole is a bit smaller than it should be (on my copy of Rodimus's Matrix specifically, anyway)... Titans Return Galvatron was...okay for what it was, especially in having the forced Triple Changer & Headmaster gimmicks. But Kingdom/Legacy Galvatron blows it outta the water and into the grease, fried extra crispy on medium heat, served on a plate with Velveeta cheese, like Particle Man. Sorry, couldn't help it. But, Kingdom Galvy really does obliterate TR Galvy.😎😎😎 Like, the only thing TR has the edge on is the large cannon, but even that's not saying much because the cannon of Kingdom just plain looks better.

At this point they're just gonna rerelease these figures in 10 years with slight molding, paint, and possibly scale differences and have a definitive collection of perfect figures all in scale in the same line without any gimmicks attached

2:20 kingdom? Yes, siege? Yes, earthrise?……yeah no. With the exception of around 7 figures total, earthrise was a complete disaster compared to the other 2 toylines. Like I’ve never seen a bigger downgrade than siege starscream to ER starscream. Guess that’s what happens when you upscale a 15 year old design instead of making a new figure. And don’t even get me started on the QC and exclusive apocalypse. Great review as always

Hasbro these transformers figures need more silver paint to make the figure pop out more / those gray parts make them silver will give it a better selling point / & please leave out the battle damage paint from the transformers figures / they would look better if it has no battle damage on the transformers figures / i would like hasbro to make a clean version of Galvatron with out the battle damage / i would buy it /
