I start the transformation of my 2009 school bus into a vintage Ice Cream Truck.

I'll be back to watch this after work. This looks awesome. C'mon 5pm. Or 4:30...maybe 4 o'clock...lol... 6 o'clock. Finally got to watch it. Awesome idea. One thing I like is your flexibility. Instead of trying to tear down the mountain, you find a way around. I always likes late 50's Fords. Can't wait to see how this turns out.

Believe it or not they open the windows and pass straps through from one side to the other to lift those bus bodies onto the chassis.

This is going to be a cool project , see what I did here ... ice cream joke , ok bad one ! It's gonna be cool ! I was wondering what you were going to do with the leftover bus part. Then you spilled the beans, playhouses for the kids ! I was thinking another wheeled project like stick a hitch on it and build a cool camper! Oh well !
