I think an even easier solution is just purchasing a wallpaper that looks like that, which I have seen online through Etsy although I'm not sure it's much more cost-efficient depending on the needed size for someone's space.

What I really appreciate in this vid is the explanation of things considered vs things done - showing the thought process and iteration. Too many times videos like these skip that, but it's a crucial step to learn about how ideas change, and the initial plans don't often survive first contact with the finished product.

The outlet on the brown wall thatts white change it out or take a dark colored sharpy and color it and maybe weave the power cord in between the wood slats and the floor trim. . You 2 do outstanding work.

The original wall outlet with the white receptacles-- these are super easy to change out and you don't need to be an electrician to do it. Get a black one to match your wall.

Love how you did your wood slats, man! They looked great! One thing i keep thinking is if you ever did this again, to add 1/2" black acoustic padding under the wood slats so they'd end up being your sound dampening wall too. It would definitely be more expensive but this is still super slick. Great work!
