Wow! Such an inspiring story. I love that Dre was given this opportunity when he was "fresh out". I also love that he turned his straight shooting way of speaking into a virtue. When someone tells things exactly like they are or how they think of it, regardless of if you like what they say or not, they become trustworthy. You know they are just calling it as they see it. I loved when he said he will explain to a customer "I don't like problems. If we do it how you want it, that will cause problems, then I'm gonna have to be out here again." That was one of my favorite parts.
