I met Gabrielle briefly in Miami a few years ago, this lady is so kind and genuine. It might have been 2 minutes but her kindness will last a lifetime.

Overall liked what was done, the plastic organizers are a game changer and will be looking for those. What I thought was overlooked is that Gab has a team and they pull looks for her either from her existing wardrobe, new purchases or borrows from Designers. She needs at least one rack dedicated / set aside for this. I expected her to have more clothes, she have another closet? The boots did not make sense up that high, how do you get them down? And there is no full body mirror in the room.
@NadineTaylor-z2r6 ай бұрын
I agree with where is the full body mirror, and yes she has multiple closets. LOL. I like simplicity!! I love clean lines! It keeps everything in place and easy to find, the key is making sure you put everything back in order.

Rolling rods or clothing racks are so necessary for stylists because stars need to have options and unfortunately stylists cannot read stars' minds.
@AllThingsTashia6 ай бұрын
I was thinking the same thing. I would have thought they would have given her upgraded rollings racks or better yet given her hidden storage such as beautiful divider screens as a storage area for them.
@uncabelle5 ай бұрын
Why not lower that high rod? GU can't even reach her clothes! She was obviously using the lower rolling racks for a reason. Seemed like a major oversight, and not something Clea and Joanna would have missed...

It's a shame; I feel like The Home Edit has lost its essence. The KZbin videos only show homes with huge rooms and plenty of space. Organizing there is no longer a challenge; there's nothing impressive or any real challenge anymore. If you're not wealthy enough to buy an exceptional house, you won't find any usable resources there anymore.
@AmericanWoman116 ай бұрын
I worked at the container store for nearly 8 years and I always say that organizing, in general, is nothing unique at all. EVERYTHING eventually falls in the same routine process: edit/declutter, group like items, place items in a way that make sense for your accessibility. Sure, it can be argued that the celeb content can make it seem like good organizing is out of reach for the common person..but I think The Home Edit has done a great job explaining the process of organizing in a way that makes sense for the masses. I would encourage you to look at some smaller KZbin organizing channels to maybe see more ideas of “average spaces” but you will see the themes are universal. Of course I’m biased, but if you go to a container store and talk to an employee, they have some of the best tips that you may not realize are affordable and work for you. It is possible. If you have a specific question feel free to ask me. I have no affiliation with anyone but myself so I’ll give you the real deal answers😊

Can she even reach those boots. That room is just sad and depressing and a waste of lightbulbs... There's no way that place is going to stay like that. It's like organized clutter where all the boxes etc used to organize is actually just more clutter. I don't know, I. Its an ugly room to begin with... Can't she afford cupboards? It's isn't really a transformation... More like someone just cleaned the place.
