Transforming Spaces: Creative Designs Using Reclaimed Materials

In this video, I kick things off by reclaiming some old plywood from the previous ceiling. After sanding it down, I give it a thorough spray, flip it over, and repeat the process. Next, I delve into hanging plywood, insulating, and putting up signs. But the real star of the show is the reclaimed metal-salvaged from a low-slope commercial roof. It’s a 3-inch trapezoid profile, measuring 22.5 inches from flat edge to flat edge. The 3/4-inch shoulders on each side bring it to a perfect 24-inch panel width, ideal for fitting between 24-inch-on-center trusses. Well, almost perfect-there are those pesky edges where it’s not quite 24 inches. But hey, a little creative futzing (technical term!) takes care of that. Now, I’d love to hear your thoughts-quiet versions or speaking with music? Share your feedback in the comments below!

Don’t feel the need to push out so many videos. Some of them are put together very well, and are very watchable. Others aren’t. I suggest taking more time to plan, edit, and whatever else.

I thank you for the feedback. Would you mind giving me an example of both.

@@macscutI’d be happy to. I found your channel from the first part of the garage fire, and I thought that one was good. You were narrating the process, there was a story to follow, it was engaging. Some of your later parts were like this too, the only difference being they felt drawn out. I don’t want to watch an entire video on a small part of the process. This one is just an assembly of clips without any music, narrating, to be honest I don’t know what’s going on. It feels as though your just putting out videos to put the out, as opposed to putting them out for people to watch.

@@BlunderBuilding First of all thanks for watching. Without hearing feedback from viewers it's hard to know what people like. Would you care for one of those Doors done right shirts I would be happy to send you one to say thank you.
