add vaseline to the lace, it will prevent the lace from getting stained. Its going to be hard to remove, though. To remove it, use dish soap as it is good removing grease from surfaces.

You can't bleach synthetic hair, it has to be a light color already. If you're using human hair that isn't a lighter color you can bleach it, but you use hair dye instead of fabric dye.
