Transforming The S4 Interior With Bucket Seats! | Installing Corbeau RRX's

Hey Everyone,
We have spent quite a bit of time improving the S4 and today we are making a pretty major change. The seats that came in the car were long due for an upgrade, and I am so excited to finally improve this part of the interior. These make such a difference to the overall quality, and really help to enhance all of the work we have put into making the interior better than it was. I can't wait to hear what you all think of them! I've got loads in store for the car!

(NOTE: For the turn signals: I purchased mine from ebay, and it looks like the seller doesn't have any more. These look similar but you may need to do some wiring/swap the backing to the oem one so it fits well.)

Those are way rad!!! I painted a stencil of the Batman emblem on mine so that it has a black boarder around the marker light. I may need to buy these and remake them.

@@HunterDirection those seats looks amazing!! Great job doing the custom work to get them to fit. My car has the black cloth seats and are luckily still in great shape. When the time comes I definitely want to upgrade to Corbeau seats. Maybe they have a cloth version…🤔

Thanks for sharing. Around 12:51 you are testing them out. There is a lot of flex in the backrest. I've seen this in other videos. Is this different than factory. How do you find it? I need to test this aspect in the factory seats :)

Little bit of heat gun action ( carefully ) and you can get a lot of the bunching/creasing out of those areas on the seat👍🏻

I always hated my stock seats making me feel like my head was too close to the roof. What are your thoughts on the height of the new seats? Is it noticeably lower? Thank you for the content.

Great vid as always. You put me over the top to get an s4 a few weeks back and i am LOVING IT! Highly recommend the car. Mine may need seats ine day as well. Did you just not use the airbag wiring/just the seatbelt wire? Or is that what the airbag wiring is going to? The other two big plugs are just for heat and oem seat movement controls? Thanks! It's looking good. Personally, I'd change the colour of the door card inserts to black. It's difficult to make them look good when they worn and a light colour. The car is a massive difference from when you got it.

@HunterDirection if they leather you could stain them, or if vinyl, you get a vinyl paint. Might be a more cost effective route and another new technique to learn.

I really love how the bolsters feel. I was a bit worried they would be too tight, but they feel just right. Tight enough to inspire confidence and loose enough that I actually want to sit in them. Thanks for the support!

Definitely not riced out!! I have garden edging as a chin spoiler on my car and get compliments everywhere I go. Nobody knows that it’s garden edging.

@@HunterDirection no problem. My B5.5 A4 was missing the plastic bottom piece of the bumper and the garden edging was a huge upgrade for the looks. Simple and clean*

Everyone has different taste…the car is being brought back from the dead, which is much better than seeing it rot away. Plus, he’s addressing a lot of things properly, so the only “Aliexpress” stuff you speak of is cosmetic- which again is purely up to personal preference. The mechanical aspects of this build are all being addressed properly. Most people do it the other way around which is why these cars end up unreliable and Shitty.
