I speak from experience when I say it's so uncomfortable using a dirty bathroom, you never feel clean enough no matter how nice your shampoo or products are. When my bathroom got sorted out, I felt like I was using a fancy hotel bathroom. It changes how you approach personal hygiene. I hope they enjoy the new clean space. You've done a great job.

I’ve just given up a super busy job for health reasons and one goal I had was to finally get on top of mess that has built up since my kids were little … your videos are really a big part of my emotional health as I get things done. As I was hanging the second load of washing , some of which was simply dusty from being under the bed, you brought tears to my eyes when just then you said you were proud of me. Because there’s no way you could have known about my dusty washing, and you don’t know about all the other things in my life, you seem to have perfect timing with your encouraging comments that make you seem like you actually understand everything about me! One thing … this is my first time commenting because I don’t know how to put comments on KZbin and can only seem to reply to other comments!

I am 78 and got COVID and a series of bacterial and fungus infections. I live alone and truly almost 6weeks went by that i don't remember. I lost 18 lbs, the kitchen was FILTHY and I had dried blood, vomit and not sure what all over the house. I ruined mattresses pillows and all bedding. Towels also were ruined. The day I i became aware of my surroundings i sat on the floor crying as my lovely apartment was ruined. I am still weak and while i have nothing life moves on with or without. I moved to Spain because i could get an apartment and could actually eat healthy again. My dream has become a nightmare and saving to go back to Seattle. This video made me cry at the kindness of this sweet woman.

I'm so relieved that the 'free cleaning community' on KZbin at least has really rallied around Bonnie, supporting her and giving solid reminders to their viewers to just _think_ for a second before commenting, to remember that a throw-away comment you make might deeply affect the creator. I just wanted to make her a cup of tea and give her a big hug and tell her she's doing so much good. As for this video, I was excited to hear you talk about how important it can be to put people's things back just as they were! I've long suspected I'm autistic (or even AuDHD) and I too like to be able to see all of my things - I don't get stressed if someone moves things about, but for me, if I can't see something, it's like it doesn't exist anymore. I never fill my fridge because of this, and only use the front half where I can see everything at a glance. I hate realising I have to chuck something out because I just plain forgot about it 😅 I also _hate_ when people nitpick about pronunciation, really hate it. Living in Europe means I hear some really wild pronunciations sometimes - and so long as I get the jist, that's all that matters. They've successfully communicated to me, and that's that on that. My harmless pet peeve is when my friend moves my tea towels around lol. He used to be my roomie and has gotten more than one earful of me grumbling about it. I know it's perfectly harmless and not worth getting proper worked up over, though. All it takes to fix is to put it back, easy! Thank you to you (and everyone else!) who performs free cleanings for the sake of getting people back to a workable state. 'Done' is better than 'perfect'; perfect doesn't exist, after all. ♥

One of the problems in this bathroom is that they don't have a proper trash bin. This is why the trash is everywhere, I hope they'd get a new one. Thank you Remi for the nicely done clean up. I wanted to give you some advice on things that I noticed as a fellow non-professional cleaner; 1- I'd replace the toilet brush/clean it before using it and rinse it with water after each use 2- I'd try not to wear such nice clothing while cleaning 3- I'd get myself a few bins to collect the products of each section and when placing them back I'd just put the bin with all the products. That would make it both easier and faster. 4- I know your time was running out at the end but I'd have used the brush thingy to collect the dust and dry things for like 2 mins then would have added diluted detergent with the broom. Finally use the mop with hot water and a little bit of detergent for the last bit. 5- final note, using a handheld brush to clean the bath tub migh make it easier for you to clean it rather than using sponges and elbow grease. Also, may I add that I love the fact that your video format where you neither use songs (which overstimulate me) nor keep it ASMR (which understimulate me). Your voice overs are the best and I believe it is the perfect format. The way you give arguments and reasoning is very good in my opinion. I believe that your logic abilities are very sophisticated. That's why I enjoy listening to you talking about various topics. So keep it up please. All the support and care. 😊

Hello Remi! I believe we are friends. I truly believe we would have been fast friends if we were near each other. I never knew there was a word, or several words, for what I have felt my whole life. My mom always had me clean with her and have chores, but never taught me how to clean. And when I got on my own, I could never keep the house spotless, like my mom's. And, eventually, I would just get too overwhelmed to even start. So it was a vicious cycle. Thank God for your channel!!! I just stumbled across you by accident. Oh, I wanted to tell you I have 6 kids, all grown now with families. Just goes to show, you are never to late to learn. But I'm getting off on a tangent. Any way, I just wanted you to know that I NEVER judge someone by how their house looks. I think you do a great job with you family as well as cleaning! Hugs and much love from Michigan, USA. ❤ Colleen

Remi I love your channel and love your voice overs. You are an amazing person. How nice of you to mention Bonnie from “A beautiful Mess” she has a huge heart and helps so many people, I can understand her feeling overwhelmed. I can relate! You’re both awesome!🥰😊

You did a marvelous job on this bathroom! One of my pet peeves is mixing paper clips & rubber bands in the same container. Another is cash money being wadded up or facing all different ways ( I was a bank teller for years & years)

Ah this has made me think of one! When someone gives you change and they put the note in your hand first, then the coins on top of the note so they go sliding around everywhere while you try to put it away! The stress! Put the coins in the hand first, then the notes!! 😂 Now that I think about it, this really is the definition of 'first world problems'

@@lani3664aargh I hate that too - just put coins first! 😂

Amazing work, Remi! Thank you so much for talking about Bonnie from A Beautiful Mess. Her video was heartbreaking. She works so hard to help people, even though she's struggling personally. Like you do! I admire both of you so much. I hope all of your viewers will start watching her videos too, I think if she got her silver KZbin plaque it would boost her confidence so much. Thank you for what you do, I never miss your videos, lovely girl!❤❤❤❤

What a beautiful wonderful soul you are. It’s so refreshing to watch a non sponsored video where you are just demonstrating the goodness of your heart. You’ve certainly inspired me to get my bum into gear and clean! X

Well done, Remi! I really appreciate your positive attitude. Currently, my bathroom is like this one. I'm disabled and cleaning is very difficult. My husband already does so much that he has not a minute to himself. I feel ashamed but your video makes me feel better knowing there are kind folks out there.🌻

I have recently stumbled across your videos and your kind words and techniques to try and your willingness to share you home before it's been tidied is so comforting. I have actually started doing a bit of cleaning for the first time without the mean and self critical voice in my head telling me I won't manage it. Thankyou so so much for this content X you are a super lovely human being x

Hi Remi, I think its amazing that you found the time to help someone else out, the transformation was a 100% discernible!! You motivate me everyday! Im one of those "cant sleep till everything is spotless" kinda people... I starting to be able to let messes lie and come back to them... relax more.. and some what keep on top of things.. I am a cancer researcher, or was, I quit my job a couple months ago.. needed a break. Its been hard going from not having a minute to having all the time in the world.. your videos help me relax and stay calm! Thanks!
