@smgmaxdetailing6010 good question, i hope my answer makes sense, so reason behind is that it will leave gloss, and that will create a glare for customers to see. So what I do is use a cleaner with Uv inhibitors to protect the dashboard. Leaving 0 shine on that area

I just got the flex citrus solv- the instructions say to use it with hot water. My question is , can I just put some powder in a spray bottle with water at room temp and mix it up. If I keep it in my truck , and use it days later will it still work? Or does it have to be mixed with hot water right before use with no exceptions?

@lago1892 you will be fine, hot water helps in mixing it, if it sits over night you will be fine. Longer term of no usage then the cleaning power will diminish
