Got the manifolds and larger turbine exhaust adapters from Full Race yesterday. Shop has started the install. Might get tuned if the shop reports that the turbos are a in good condition.

These are on my Transit. I did not notice a difference other than my exhaust does not leak. My van is heavily modified and is easily at 500 crankshaft horsepower now.

Haven't had the warping issue like the stock units so I am happy. I have a host of power mods so I can't say these made a huge difference by themselves.

I have the SPD turbo adapters and these manifolds for more than 15,000 miles. No issues. Finding a tuner is damn near impossible nowadays and the guy that was tuning it screwed it up so I'm looking for new turbos and a new tuner. Full potential has yet to be realized. I did get 380 rwhp and 493 lbs/ft at the wheel though. Stock internal, 350,000 mile engine with 130,000 mile turbos.

The studs break all the time cause of the design, check out the BD Diesel manifolds on my channel they have 3 more stud locations and are port matched as well the stock 3.5 heads have 11 stud locations but only use 8 for the manifolds its dumb the turbo is alot of weight hanging on the end especially when you start making power and the motor moves when torque is applied with the exhaust bolted to the back of the turbo a really puts stress on those studs

I wanted steel manifolds, not iron, less weight to hang off of the studs. Full Race, going strong with the big power.
