Sir .. we have sell material to one of our customer and that material has been slightly damage in transit.. so due to its very high value shipment.. now we have decided to get it from customer to one of repair service provider in the same city who can help us to just repair that minor dent on drum .. in this customer is also ready to accept once reaper... Now the question is .. again we have to hire a trasport to do the job work.. so can our customers issue an delivery challan with material value..on our company name and deliver to service provider.. and we can ask them mentioned ex-work.. as we have all corgo insurance... So sir can be still be eligible to get claim of anything happens again during transit.
