When you travel overseas, especially to a country like Iran, you have to be prepared to understand 1. a few words of the local language 2. a few local customs 3. Whether your travels can be interrupted by local laws and festivals In fact, it is an eye opener for you to do a lot of home work before embarking on a journey to an unknown territory from India. There is an organisation called BLA ( Baluchistan liberation army ) which is based in pak - Afghan - iran borders whose fighters periodically raid deep into Pakistan's baluchistan province to kill their enemies like Chinese nationals working in projects like Gwader port and China Pakistan economic corridor. They also destroy other economically valuable buildings and kill pak. Police and army soldiers in that area. Last week, BLA fighters in the news when they killed four chinese engineers and six pak. army soldiers in an secret ambush.

I was commenting with family members that this is taking high risk in traveling in Baluchistan. Because the people of Baluchistan want to be free from Pakistan and Iron want to become independent. Pakistan blames India that it's instigating the people against their government. Since you have good time ,God saved you. We must salute to the consulate of India for the timely help to you. Baluchistan is very tense for a long time. And it's a disputed area between India and Pakistan. Had it been Pak govt control Baluchistan,then you would have to stay in the jail for a long time. Pl don't enter such area. There's no law. Only police is the God. Police are given enormous powers to arrest anyone.Moreover we have good relationship with Iran nowadays. Do you know that some Indians are staying in the Pak jails for decades without any reason. Baluchistan is very dangerous area.

Poor planning on your part Ajay. Visiting foreign lands and particularly sensitive areas like this should be pre planned and information should be gathered completely. This situation could have easily turned very dangerous for you. If you had accidentally crossed the border by asking lift into Pakistan, you would have spent rest of your life in Pakistan jail. Read about kulbhushan jadhav from India. He crossed from Iran and he has been called a spy and still living in jail. Even Indian embassy can't save u in those situations
