Transition Hair Bye-Bye For Good..Natural Curly hair No Heat Challenge

i am sick and tired of these end, yeah this is from my transition phase, i flat ironed my hair weekly, the hair was growing but i hated wearing my hair wash and wear, but after the cut, i love wash and go's again, so much so i thin i want to donate my hair dryers and flat irons to good will, and im not kidding, my goal i want my hair to reach armpit length in its curly state but full and thick, staying away from heat just might be the trick, stay posted My Movie

OMG...the difference from your last video about the part to now. Just by cutting the straight/damaged ends made all the difference. Its looks so much fuller and the curls are popping...nice.

When you started cutting I was like "What is she doing?!" But after you came back, I was like "Absolutely gorgeous and necessary!" Your wash n go looked amazing after you cut off those ends. I even think you could part your hair on the other side and it look good. Good job!

My journey seems to co-inside with yours. that's why I enjoy following you! I'm dealing with the same issue as far as having my hair armpit length in its curly state but full and thick as well. I've only straightened my hair 2 times in the last 3 years, but it keeps thinning out at sholder length and seems like it stops growing. I dust, trim, but still nothing. I even did your 7 day conditioner back when. I don't know, I'll just keep going and see my growth in another 3 years.

Shelley when I saw you with those scissors and cutting off like 5 inches of hair I could hardly breathe! LOL . So glad your back! We are doing the same thing. I do'nt have any relaxed hair left. It grows pretty fast, and I use less products, Coconut Oil, Jojoba and Avocado deep conditions, Goats Milk natural shampoo, Shea Moisture Styling Products. Its all good, Keep That Jamaican Spirit, I do. Xs and Gods Blessings

Your hair looks great after the trim! It would be nice to see you experiment with no heat curl styles like curlformers, flexi rods, pin curls etc.

i didnt want to cut until i made waist length lol , but i couldn't take the limb hair, they drove me bonkers lol, but in 6 months i'll grow 3 inches back so its not too bad, thanks for watching

This is the beginning of my journey of becoming natural and I decided 2 weeks ago to stop using heat on my hair. I do the leave in conditioning treatment and braids to the back at night and take it down in the morning for my curls, but I add texture my way KEEP IT CURLY. It made my hair very soft. I hate when people cut they're hair and leave a bunch of the still scraggly hair on the ends and seem unknowing. You cut about 97% of them off and were still knowledgable about the minor 3% left. It looks Awesome! I would just suggest next time you're doing something like rising, washing, cutting, or anything that takes up time, to fast forward through the parts just a bit so we can still see what you're doing but at a slightly faster pace
