TRANSITION TABLE OBS Plugin - Forget About TRANSITION OVERRIDE MATRIX!

This is so good!!! I was using Transition Override Matrix for the last two weeks and it worked good except when I would reopen OBS some of the Any transitions would keep overriding to a particular effect, despite me turning them off it would always change back when I closed OBS. So every time I opened OBS, before I went live I would have to clear the glitched overrides. I installed the Transition Table plugin and it imported all of my overrides from TOM, then I edited out the glitched ones, and it all works perfectly after reopening OBS and I find the interface much easier to use!! Transition Override Matrix definitely got uninstalled for this plugin ^-^ Thank you for making this awesome video, it has made everything so much easier for me

For some reason, no luck installing it here. I installed it via the zip and reinstalled it. I also tried taking the plugin files manually and copy pasting. Restarted PC. However, when I open the tool tab no plugin is found.

Dude! thank 3million for the help I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into this. I got a question and i'll try to ask in your streams but if you can here - I'm trying to use a stinger small video and in it. It has a green screen but when it does the transition i get the green screen (color) and not the actual background in the stinger any tips - or possible new video "using video stingers with meme videos that have green screens" lol i googled nobody has it

Anytime chief! You can always put them in some video software to remove the greenscreen then export it with the alpha channel intact. You can then compress / convert it to webm to save your computing power

Anytime! Exeldro has done an incredible job on this one! You can uninstall Go to your obs folder (C:\Program Files\obs-studio\obs-plugins\64bit) Then delete the transitionoverridematrix.dll file :)

I guess since it’s the same concept and uses the same JSON information it should be exactly the same. You will have to make sure you delete transition override matrix! It’s been perfect for me. Also any issues just let us know in the discord, Exeldro will get them fixed!

The overlay matrix will not play the stingers I have set for the scene transitions, I have 3 different stinger transitions and no matter what I set it to, it only plays one of them. Any ideas for a fix? I'm getting pissed

It sounds like you have transition table and transition matrix installed! They conflict with each other

How are you able to use "move transition" with different values on the same source. Everytime I crop a source or add a filter to it "move transition" won't recognize it as the same source and would just animate as a regular fade in and fade out. Even if I use "source mirror".

You need to edit the properties of the move transition Jesus! At the top there are 3 check boxes for telling OBS that they are the same source etc! Have a little play with them :)

Hello, i have a question; i've always used stinger transitions (and still do) but someone made an intro for me and i would like to use it as a transition but with a stinger attatched to it so when i move from a scene (FE from starting to game) i would like to show the intro to the scene but without a stinger it just cuts from the video to the scene, is there any way i could attatch it or make them play right after each other? someone told me it was possible with transition table but i cant seem to figure it out. It depends how long your video is. You either need to make 2 scene changes so one goes into the new video then into your game using something like Advanced scene switcher and transition table. Or you need to bake the video into your transition if it’s now too big

is it just me or is it not working anymore? Every time I try to add a transition between 2 specific scenes it just refuses to work and doesn't do it at all. Which is strange because it worked the first time.

This should work perfectly fine. You don’t have any conflicting plugins installed do you? Be sure to check the OBS forums to see if your question has been asked there!

It worked the very first time when I first set it up and tested it, but when I tried to do it with another scene that's when it kind of just broke, and none of my previous transitions worked at all. I had to reinstall obs and re-insert my custom stinger file just to get everything back to normal.

I would recommend uninstalling it! Just go to the following folder (I think it’s this, I’m not at the desk!) obs-studio/obs-plugins/64bit. Then you should see something like transitionoverridematrix.dll Just delete that dll file! If it’s not in that folder just have a poke around the obs-studio folder

It might be conflicting with the other transition matrix? Maybe try making sure any other transition override plugin is uninstalled

That’s a fantastic plug-in. Unfortunately, I have 50 scenes and until there is a copy feature in there, it’s gonna be too much work to update to this. Unless I can set them to all to any and then override specific scenes :(. But for any new streamers, this is amazing!

Copy from transition matrix or just copy rows in the transition table? You can make an Any to Any row and override specific scenes.
