I am using a Sony A7III with a zyijun gimble, but that's way to heavy for longer format, so I switched today to a GoPro hero 7 Black but the footage is kind of laggy when it tries to stabilize. do you have any feedback that you could provide?

Okay, I live in Toronto Canada, the price of this house here in Canada is about 5 million , I think it's cheap in Vegas for a reason I would like to now it.

pretty jojo outside of Toronto they have some nice houses that are cheap, usually in Ontario. Cheap in relativity to the amount of quality you get for the home. Like 5 mil houses that would be 14-22 mil in California. But I must agree for the home in the video you are getting a lot of house for that price, I though this house was 5 million in the thumbnail

According to various sources, scientists predict that Nevada will run out of water by 2022. Lake Mead, which supplies most of the current water for SEVEN states is already dangerously low. Have you heard anything about this, and how would you address water concerns for out of state potential Nevada home buyers?
