Translation of the Book of Mormon

So wait, this is news to me. Martin Harris showed the manuscripts yet he doesN'T know the person he showed it too? Min 6:27 "He (Martin Harris) shows this individual WE DONT KNOW WHO HE IS, but he shows this individual the manuscripts". I'm a faithful LDS member before anyone starts thinking the opposite. But given Martin Harris sincere apology to Joseph Smith days later for having Lost the 116 pages, one would think he would have found out who this other individual was that he showed the manuscripts to. Remember we are told that he went looking for the 116 pages all over his house, and we don't know if he did the same with the other family members he showed the manuscripts too, meaning reaching out to them in hopes of gathering more intel. Let alone this last "unknown" character. Or maybe these scholars are missing something. Lastly I believe with my sincere heart that Joseph Smith was and is a prophet of Heavenly Father and the Book of Mormon is as true as me typing this comment. Thank you.
