Do you need to blip it for down shifts? or is the autoblip for upshifts only?

no bro if you put the ground cable to a positive terminal you dont have to blip it i had it set up qrong on here , or it works normally by pulling in the front brake lever a bit]

Tbh I was very new to this qs when I made this video 😅didn’t realize in order for the ab to work I had to pull the hand brake a bit lol didn’t figure it out till after the video

Nice bike. I have the annitori QS on my CBR1000rr. since you still have to blip the throttle yourself to downshift, how does the quickshifter help in that process?…..my QS does not have the downshift feature and I can clutchless downshift by doing exactly what you did which is blipping the throttle. I know bikes like the S1000rr, or CBR1000rrr factory QS blips the throttle for you as it down shifts.

Thank you 🙏🏽 and when I made this video I didn’t realize I had my qs set up wrong so in order for the autoblip to work I had to plug in I think it was the negative wire on the the slot where the wires go to your hand brake , you can put that wire to a spot where it has constant current while the bike is running and you don’t have to hit the hand brake but I haven’t had the chance to do that with mine so in order for the autoblip to work I have to barely tap my handbrake and it will do it with out having to blip the throttle

Everything was good until i saw the sticker on the exhaust... Still stayed till the end, but please that is just dumb, example, while cooking something put a plastic bag on top of it and keep the stove on, see what happens

So you still need to blip the throttle to down shift? Why is it called an Auto blipper if you need to do that?
