I think it would look much better without the wireless charging coil. I also used to think that I needed wireless charging. But soon I started to see excessive overheating and battery life loss. So ditched wireless charging and just bought a few cables for dirt cheap and never looked back at wireless charging again

At this point i wonder if it wouldn't be easier to 3D print that back glass with a transparent resin, resin printer a precise to the micron so i think it's worth a try, not sure what the feel of the finish panel would be but it can always be polished. Could be a video idea, take phone component and a 3D printed housing full customisation potential.

I think you will never see this, but i really enjoyed the video where you turned an iPhone xr to an iPhone 15 Pro Max. (I also did the mod myself xr-13 pro)I think Fanscreate just released a new product where you can turn an iphone xr to 16 or 16 Pro (max). I would love to see if they addet the camera control button. ❤️

Agreed. I just read a couple of safety data sheets for gallium. Skin contact has serious implications. Gases released should not be breathed in. Disposal should be via industrial incineration and absolutely not into household sewage systems or watercourses. The mod is cool, but this kind of video is going to get a lot of coverage and will inspire others. It’s pretty reckless not to be mentioning safety when dealing with chemical process like this.

The reason you can't really tell a difference between magsafe and QI2 is that QI2 was developed by a griup of companies that includes Apple, and was based on magsafe. They're essentially interchangeable.

I wish they made more of those screen protectors in matte instead of so shiny and reflective. It would help with vision issues. I’m surprised Apple doesn’t offer a matte screen option. I have to purchase lower quality screen protectors just so I can have a matte screen because it helps my less than perfect eyes see much better.
