I can't wait till my bloom started them by seed and these guys never died over winter (Buffalo) winter so I do hope they bloom soon

I planted my sweet William last year and this year they have put on buds but they still haven't bloomed yet. I'm worried now that they might not bloom because of this super hot weather we're having here in the Willamette valley. Have your sweet William bloomed? I'm hoping mine still will.

This year's Sweet William is not performing for us also. It grew a little and just sat for a long time. We are eventually going to clear the bed and start some seeds in late summer to go into a bed this fall for next year. We are baffled by the dianthus this year. We did all the same methods we have done in the past, so we should have blooms. Very curious. Thank you for your question.
