Great Idea on the truck stop might be worth putting them in the cities make a feature of them

Those vanilla road junctions are terrible hey! Suggest you bring the entry side down a lot closer to the river bridge so the slope isn't so horrendous! Have fun with the work training mate :) Cheers! Stephen

Really like new passengers trams, they look great. For the flying junction it might be possible to have 1 of them as a tunnel so the bridge incline doesn't need to be as steep.

Hi mate, that is a fantastic idea! I never even thought of changing it because its a pre-made one but I guess there's nothing stopping me is there :) This is why I love the comments from you guys :) I agree, the new passenger trams look great. 3:30 that tram with cab and pantograph on it is still in use in my city. It's got crane add-on and used to put derailed trams back on tracks.

We had one "cargo" Tatra T3 in our tram fleet. If I recall correctly, it was mainly used for catenary inspections and consisted of one half-cut unit.

Recently found your channel and loving this series. Infact its stimulated me to do my own trams only (mostly..using a few trucks and trains). There is something strangely...cute?...about these little cargo trams.

I'd love to do a truck/tram/bus only series on a big map but I'm not sure my PC could handle that many vehicles :) Keep me updated with how yours goes :) Also if you find any cool mods for it that I don't have, please share :)

just an idea make the trams go underground and out the other side that way the cars can turn or have a slight ramp over it

The reason these A.I. cars use the Lightrail line is simple: If the game detects a path that is shorter and faster than another route (regardless of being reserved for Bus & Tram), it will choose this one. What can help is either a Station in between or that short piece of road that acts like a Station, since the road type prevents cars from using it - somewhat like a barrier.

That makes a lot of sense! Thanks for the info mate :) I've also had another comment saying that if I was to make the heritage line "Bus Lane" it would stop the private transport using it. Looks like there could be multiple options to solve it and I knew of none haha! Everyday is a learning day huh? :) Thanks for taking the time to comment :)

Play around with Sharp bifurcation from the options when placing roads. I only had a play around with it earlier but it'll help with those pesky difficult connection you had, possibly

you must turn on Bus lanes on the heritage tram then the cars aren't going down there

could you put a shuttle that moves main goods across the map for the heritage also for the annoying bit put a bus lane on the entrance: bus lane = only your vehicles

Hello mate :) I did think about having a cargo hub each side of the map with a heritage cargo line between the two. The only issues is how slow they would be compared to the fast more modern trams supplying them in the future, not sure whether they could keep up or if it would cause problems :) Thanks a lot for the bus lane tip, there lots of suggestions on how to tackle it in differenty ways :) I can't believe I didn't know these already :)

how u use workshop asset in normal mode

Hi mate :) First subscribe to the asset you want on the workshop, then when you are choosing which save game to load click the button that says "Select options". Now turn on all the mods you want to use and click "Apply", now load the game and enjoy :) Final step is to subscribe to the channel ;)
