I'm pretty new to the game and I was looking for a way of making natural bridges, never thought of using the roads as a measure, nice one.

Nice, good explanation and excellent results. It can be hair tearing trying to produce what you envisage using the editor !!. Edit P.S Thankyou for posting this video.

Nicely done, I've had problems when the ground isn't flat, with building some bridges. Wished it were as easy as it is in Cities Skylines lol. Anyway, good tips and nice video. Subbed+Liked :o)

Hi impy imp Thanks for your comments and your Sub. You can use this technique to build nice flat road bridges as well.

You're welcome. Yep I will be doing just that when I require them. They're not always necessary, but they will indeed come in handy now that you have passed on some of your tips. To be honest I have lots & lots of trains, and they're fast even as early as 1850. You see I opened most of them up, so that I'm able to use them at the start of the game, as opposed to waiting for them to be opened within the game ;o)

I liked the idea with the use of the road, but I am not sure as to why you don't simply use the elevation tool to build the tracks leveled - this will eliminate the hump in your bridge.

Hi Mr. Faster thanks for the comment. Are you referring to the scenery elevation tool or the leveling tool used when putting down track and roads?

I think it's the leveling tool when putting the tracks and roads.

Fantastic work. I enjoyed it and learned something. I use the no cost mod and this bridge look will fit nicely for a model layout.

I appreciate your comments, thank you. The no cost mod is good for early game work but once your infrastructure is in place, all you need to do is keep expanding the network and you can't spend the money fast enough :)
