transverse bundle fail

On this particular hose pull there were several things we noticed.
The bundle was jammed up.. This happened for 2 reasons. The nozzle was not secured with a strap across the tip and it allows for it to flip and move. The other issue was the leader line or pony line was too much and was binding up. Additionally, if you watch the nozzle on the bundle as the FF is walking you can see the nozzle flipping around causing the strap to come undone and the bundle starts to fall apart.
All issues were noted, solutions were brainstormed and we dialed in the hose load.
