Most likely they don’t know what exactly he looks like, but they have a profile from "lady shrink" (for example "white male, 25-35 years old, very nervous, etc.")). As we see in the trailer, they "sort" everyone coming out, so I'm guessing everyone who fits the description is sent for questioning.
