Based on your recommendations I brought a few weeks ago the Bob and Brad bands and thigh, tuyoi band. I worked out with my trainer Monday and we used the bands to do my traps while sitting on the ground. I so loved it, felt taller, better posture.

@@DisciplineDave yup all from your recommendations... I needed the beginner steps I had no idea how to use them and what order to do things. You might think of about doing a series on day 1 do this, day 2 do this.. because you have wonderful videos but don't know what order to do for upper, lower then total. Hope this helps

New to the channel. Really like the content. As for your question, I'm looking to buy my first set of bands. I notice that you've used CooBon and TUYOI in your videos. The CooBon set you linked to at Amazon come in 10lb increments, whereas the TUYOI come in 5lb increments. Trying to decide between the two. I suspect in quality the TUYOI might be better, but I like the additional 25lbs in total resistance the CooBon offers. Perhaps you have some thoughts on the matter?

I've been nursing a broken collarbone since January so I haven't been able to use weights. I recently got cleared to use resistance bands, I hadn't thought about using them before. I have found your video's very helpful and informative. Thank you for uploading all of these

I was looking for traps exercise to fix my posture and the second exercise works very well. I feel my barbell rows are too heavy for my middle traps and 2 years ago hurt my neck traps and shoulder doing them. I was out of the gym for a year. I need to isolate upper traps more. Thanks for the video. Very helpful.

hey dave, i wanted to highlight the set up of the handles to the bands. instead of hooking the caribiner on, instead use the ankle straps then hook the handles. it allows for the safety in the bands when pulling. love your content brother

I'm currently watching your channel and two others for my band workout advice/ follow along video's. I'm still unsure if they can be used everyday however. Or is it just like with weights. You can do the old 2 days on 1 day off routine. Oh And with the face pull. Your way certainly does look different from many others. However athlean x does them the very same way. And it does make more sense than how many others say they should be done. Anyway enjoying the video's. I'm currently doing your 10 min body part video's putting them together and calling that my workout. Till I become more comfortable confidant. I will then simply increase the sets. Anyway Dave keep up the great content. And thanks for helping me get fitter

@@DisciplineDave I'm currently doing a monday, weds and a friday.. I've seen others recommend 2 days on 1day off. So with 5 days a week. You'll be working what a different body part each day. The usage is still something I've not wrapped my head around. But I'll get there!

Excellent workout! Any advantage to using handles over gloves with loop bands? The right gloves, eg undersun or work gloves, reduce friction and allow for sliding hands to find or adjust to appropriate resistance. Sometimes 15 in 20 reps get too hard or 7 in 10. Handles make me nervous due to high resistance I may put on them for shrugs (200-280 lbs free weights).
