I mean it can start an investigation, but you need more than just what is said on social media because for example if everyone was arrested for saying something threatening online the jails would have a line out the door waiting to process everyone lol. Usually though you’re suppose to piece things together and use what they might of said on social media as additional leverage. In King Vons case when he was alive no one wanted to testify against him lol which usually results in someone being released if it’s no other hard evidence.
