Thank you. Yeah pretty nice looking animals. I also talked to my neighbor he has chickens and a few went missing last fall so he was happy to hear I got that fox.

Nothing quite like the feeling you get when you find that you were able to get that fox or coyote in your snare.

Totally agree, I was out foxed a lot and kept moving my snares and making adjustments. All part of learning. Thanks for watching

@@northernmnlife8547 I don't move snares unless I am pulling out of the area. I also will set three, six, nine snares, or more, in good locations. If fox and coyote are using the same trail system, make snare sets specifically for each on the same trail. By using multiples of three, you will always know how many snares you need to check or pull. A notebook, listing the trail and number of snares will ensure you don't forget. Did I have three or four snares set on this trail? I also set a couple snares in a pasture corner, on a trail coming in from heavy brush. That snare set for six weeks before a coyote stuck his head into the loop. ALWAYS remove all snares when you are pulling. A snare will continue to work until it is removed or makes a catch. Good for you on those canines.

Thanks for the advice. It's always helpful to get advice especially from other trappers that have more experience.

Remember they are all predators and damage other populations. When trapping you should be glad you eliminate some of these Fox, coyotes, raccoons, etc. and you beaver are also destructive creatures. Glad for you catch . This shows you are gaining knowledge.👍👍🇺🇸🙂
