I would more compare Von with someone like Dennis Raider or the Green River Killer. Von was an opportunity killer who targeted people he knew that the police could not or would not fully investigate, and then he left clues joking about his crimes, including the cereal pun. (Which Raider also did.) He seemed to enjoy the thought of people seeing him as a cold-blooded killer more than the actual commission of the crime, and would only pull back when he thought that the police were onto him.
@uggggggghhhhh
@uggggggghhhhh Жыл бұрын
Bruh. BTK (Bind. Torture. Kill a.k.a Dennis Raider) liked torturing people (making him a sadist) and from an early age he tortured animals, tying them up and stuff... I have never seen anything about Von purposefully killing innocent people, innocent children or small animals. Btk Dressed in womens clothes secretly bc it aroused him, he took pictures of himself in womens underwear where he was in bondage (tied up) and he masturbated on the bodies of people he killed. One of his victims was a little girl, he hung her and touched himself as she died. He suffocated people because during his first kill, he realized it takes a long time to die from suffocation (he choked a mom, thought she was dead and moved on to choke her son and she woke up so he went back to her and killed her) and he enjoyed it. Dennis would stalk his victims before killing them. Von was just vindictive. I am against vigilantism and the death penalty so imo, killing anyone is wrong but I don't think Von was anywhere near as evil as BTK or The Green River Killer, who was convicted for killing 49 women but is suspected to have killed more than 90... Tbh, Im not convinced Von was even the person firing the gun in all the murders hes accused of committing so, imo, the act of killing wasnt important or necessary to him. Serial killers kill for their own psychological gratification, its like an addiction and they WANT/NEED to kill. They enjoy the act of killing but the difference between them and mobsters, gangsters, cartel members, etc is that the latter, kill for specific reasons like money, because they were told to do so by someone else, to uphold a code of values, rules, expectations, eliminate a rival, get rid of a witness, etc. To them, there is an intended purpose. Theyre not out to kill anyone they can get whos death will give them pleasure (any woman/man/child) they're out to kill a specific person for a specific reason. I would not condider a mass killer, a serial killer either. Technically, Von could be a serial killer but I personally dont believe so, he wasnt killing people just to kill people, otherwise he couldve gone out and shot at random people if he really enjoyed doing drive bys. There are plenty of gangsters that commit homicides their entire life and they are still not coined serial killers. If so, K.I is also a serial killer. I'm not trying to defend Von so I just want ro make it clear that I think he was am awful person and should have been in jail. All the bragging and disrespect he did was beyond cruel but that on its own doesn't make me think he should be labeled a serial killer. I'm open to others thoughts though, I think this entire situation is very interesting.

Not compatible at all. All warrior cultures take pride in their killing. Serial killers prey upon people they don't know just fir the fetish or murder alone. It is completely different. Von had interpersonal problems with all his victims which completely changes the nature of the crime

It's insane to me that Melissa can sit there and be so dismissive when there is so much factual evidence, literally from Von himself, about what he did. He wanted everyone to know what he was doing because he was addicted to not only murdering his enemies but flaunting and bragging about it constantly. Just look at all the interviews and Instagram live streams he did. He's constantly mentioning the people he murdered YEARS ago, way before he ever got famous for his music. Part of my schooling was about criminal profiling and that girl is way off by saying that just because they were gang-related killings means the killer isn't a serial killer. Lol me referring to Von and some others as serial killers with a comment I left on one of your videos. Because I was astonished about how people just ignore the fact that they're doing what they're doing but when they died they act like they lost someone who was doing the opposite. I personally would never be lamenting the death of the Zodiac Killer so I won't for Von either. He was an interesting character none the less.

i also have a similar story. i was a huge fan of von music. when he passed, i was legit upset. i was posting about it on social media, and going at anyone saying something bad about von. one of my friends was celebrating his death. mind you i’m all the way in philly. he apparently used to live on 63rd and has family there, and explained his side of the story to me. eye opening

The responses on your doc are just as entertaining as the doc itself. Again, you're good and did a great job my friend. Don't let all that hubbub enter your zone.. The serial killer aspect is absolutely true, by definition, but just not the typical methods as most serial killer operates. by definition he is a serial killer though 100%. i actually grew up 8 blocks away from dahmers grandmas house lol.. fun tidbit..
