Alan Sohn in my Opinion they couldve used some cribbing and mostly airbags on the front and back to rise the bus up and get another firefighter in there with severide and that way the patient can get put on the backboard without causing anymore injuries because the guy under the bus looked like he had some injuries

There are many things that can go wrong with just lifting the bus up, considering things around the scene and the time it would have taken to set that up properly the cribbing and airbags were best for both patients. You don't want people running around underneath a lifted vehicle in case of equipment malfunctions.
