That’s always the tough part, hang in there. We are a unique kind of people to want to do this sort of thing frequently and very much enjoy it. Not everyone quite understands it. You may want to ask them if they have anything they’d like to work in the self defense area. Let them tell you what they find interesting about it, if anything, and go from there. You might be pleasantly surprised by their answers. If not, be patient. Do your own conditioning and work your body and mind. Inspire them to want to get involved by making yourself a great example.
